We will present the new use cases that will be implemented in the following months and organise a Q&A session related to the 3rd version of the system.

You are kindly invited to the ENVISION event which aims to connect and explore future collaboration possibilities of European projects dealing with Earth Observation technologies for monitoring of farm management activities with regards to sustainability, in compliance with the CAP’s agri-environmental objectives.

In the framework of its extension, the Sen4CAP project launched a call for new use cases, corresponding to key functionalities missing in the current Sen4CAP system or supporting the transition towards performance regulations. Paying Agencies applying are expected to actively participate to these use cases by sharing relevant in-situ data to perform R&D and validation and by contributing to the outcomes’ assessment.

Oral and poster abstracts are now invited for the Living Planet Symposium which will take place from the 23-27 May 2022 in Bonn, Germany. Consider to submit your latest research on the different agricultural research aspects to the A3.04 Agriculture session (Methods and Algorithms, Science, Applications and Policy. Please submit your short abstracts (300-1500 words) by this Friday 26.11. here.

Due to a whole-day GTCAP webinar on geotagged photos also held on 16 November, the 9th Sen4CAP webinar is postponed to 23 November.

We will introduce the new 3.0 version of the system delivered this week. We will also have the pleasure to hear about the progress made in the EO-Widget project through a presentation of Gerhard Triebnig (EOX). Finally, we will present the details of the open call for new use cases.

Dominique Laurent, from IGN-France, will present their CAP monitoring-related work done within the NIVA project. Tor Nielsen, from Planet, will give a talk about the Planet data and their potential for CbM. We will also inform you about the next 3.0 version of the Sen4CAP system and the extension of the Sen4CAP activities.
